PAYMENT: All orders must be paid in advance prior to shipping.

Payments may be made in advance through Paypal. Contact me for account information. Buyers' accounts must have a verified address and be eligible for seller protection. Sorry e-checks will not be accepted.

Payments may also be made in advance by sending a money order or cashiers check payable to Neferteri. I will accept a 20% deposits to hold animals up to a total sale price of 400.00 or more. Otherwise payment is due in full at time of purchase I will only hold animals for 21 days while waiting to receive your payment.

Your payment is acknowledgement that you have read and agreed to all the terms as set forth on this page. No other terms or conditions will apply unless mutually agreed upon in writing prior to making your payment.

NOTE: Animals are not consider "sold" until payment is receive in full. I reserve the right to refuse to take your or order or cancel it at any time.

GENERAL:    All animals sold are in good health at the time of their sale. This refers only to conditions that are clearly visible to the eye at the time the animal is packed. Please note: all animals are not quarantine or treated for parasites prior to their sale. It is the responsibility of the buyer to quarantine and treat the animals as they see fit. I will be more than happy to consult and offer advise to anyone on this topic. I strongly recommend that all animals be properly quarantined prior to introduction to your collection.

I ship by Pet-Air or by FedEx priority overnight services only. All orders shipped by FedEx will require someone to be present and sign for the package. I will not be responsible if you do not make arrangements for pickups.

Orders paid by paypal will only be shipped to the shipping address as it appears in paypal transaction details in compliance with Paypals terms of service.

GUARANTEES: All animals are conditionally guaranteed to arrive alive provided that all of the following conditions are met.

1.    The animals must be shipped by Pet-Air or by FedEx priority overnight services marked hold for pick up at the customer service counter.

2.    Temperatures must be above 40 degrees and below 88 degrees Fahrenheit.

3.    The animals must be picked up within four (4) hours of their arrival at the airport or customer service center.

Failure to meet any one these requirements will void the guarantee and any claims. Unless mutually agreed upon in writing and signed by both parties no other terms or guarantees will apply.



CREDITS AND REFUNDS: There are three criteria you must meet before any claims will be consider:

1.    You must first meet the three conditions set forth in my guarantee as stated above. If you fail to meet any one of those three conditions no claim will be consider.

2.    You must report in detail the exact problem with your order within 24 hours from the time the animal arrives at the airport or customer service center. You may call me at 702-207-2320. You may also email me to advise me of the problem. Again please be sure to include your name, time and date, and a detailed description of the exact problem. If you do not report the exact problem to me within 24 hours no claim will be consider.

3.    DO NOT DISPOSE OF THE ANIMALS. The problem animals (alive or dead) must be available to be returned promptly at my request. This is how your claim will be verified. If you are unwilling or unable to return the animals (alive or dead) then no claim will be considered.

Please note that claims for shipping and packing charges are conditional and at my discretion. In order to make a claim for shipping and packing charges you must meet both of the following criteria:

1.    Meet all three of the previously described criteria required to make a claim.

2.    The entire contents of your order must be unacceptable. For example if I send you ten animals and only one animal is unacceptable to you then you will receive reimbursement only for the cost of that one animal. However if all ten animals are unacceptable then I will reimburse the cost of both animals + shipping and packing charges.

Once I have determined that you have a valid claim I will offer you a refund payable only by check. Replacement animals or credit to be used on your next order may also be offered at my discretion.

Cancellation of Orders: You may cancel your order at anytime prior to shipping and receive a full refund of your payment. Orders that have already been shipped and then canceled will be assessed shipping charges both ways and a 20% restocking fee. After these charges have been deducted the remainder or your payment will be refunded. Please note that for any reason, your refusal to accept an order that has been shipped will be considered as cancellation of the order and all the previously mentioned charges will be applied. I reserve the right to refuse to take your or order or cancel it at any time without explanation.

Age Requirement: I will not knowingly sell to anyone under the age of eighteen. Proof of age is at my discretion. If upon my request you are unwilling to provide verifiable proof of age your order will be canceled.

Legal Requirements: I will not knowingly ship any animals in violation of any state or federal laws. If I advise you that an activity is illegal and you believe that I am incorrect all you need to do is provide me with verifiable proof that the activity is legal. The following will be considered as verifiable proof: A letter from the appropriate agency that regulates the activity stating that it is legal. Reference to the "official" web site of the appropriate regulating agency where it clearly shows the activity as being legal. A copy of a permit or letter of authorization from the regulating agency showing that you are allowed to conduct the activity. . If I have any reason to suspect that your document is forged or has been altered be aware that I will contact the appropriate agency and ask them to verify your permit or other sources of documentation.
