We need to know what type of event and approximately how many people you are expecting.
Is your event going to be inside or outside?
When booking Neferteri for an event please give at least 2 weeks notice before the event, due to her schedule. All events require a deposit unless you are a returning client. The event is not confirm until you get confirmation from Neferteri. Please remember some of our programs have live animals . Please read and sign the contract and mail back to the address on the contract.
If your event is more than 25 miles there will be a traveling fee of .30 per mile. You can calculate the mileage via map quest, the starting point is 4800 blk of E. Sahara Ave., Las Vegas, NV 89104 and then multiple the total by 2 and that would be the traveling fee. Please add this cost into your performance fee.
When we arrive at your event fees are due at that time. We do not want to interrupt your interaction with your guest or event.
Please keep in mind that we may have another event after yours and need to stay on time and close to schedule so as not to run late.
If you decide you need a performer to stay past the alotted time there will be an additonal fee and would need to be discuss before hand.
Cancellation and Change Policy:
Once you book a day and time for your child's party, we will save that time for you in our schedule. After the party is booked, the space is being held and the deposit is due within three days. Because we depend on bookings for our livelihood, if you cancel your party we must retain the booking deposit.
However, "life happens" and sometimes plans change, so it is Desert Moon Entertainment's general policy to not charge for a change. We do our best to accommodate changes requested with at least 48 hours notice. If you call with less than 48 hours of notice, we may not be able to replace the spot your party leaves in our schedule and the cancellation policy must apply.
